Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Keep account credentials confidential, provide accurate information, and notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Educational scope

NurseMetria provides supplemental exam preparation. It is not a nursing program, degree, clinical placement, textbook, instructor, medical service, professional judgment, or institutional clinical policy. Content does not provide patient-specific advice or emergency guidance. No exam result is guaranteed.

Accounts, access, and acceptable use

Access is personal, non-transferable, time-limited, and restricted to the package purchased. You may not scrape, redistribute, resell, automate access, bypass security, share an account, upload malicious material, harass others, or use NurseMetria to obtain or distribute secure, recalled, reconstructed, leaked, or live examination content.

Purchases

Paid packages are separate one-time purchases and never renew automatically. Price, selected exam or pathway, access period, taxes, and the all-sales-final policy are shown before payment. The Purchase and No-Refund Policy forms part of these terms.

Content and intellectual property

NurseMetria grants a limited personal license to use purchased learning content during the access period. NurseMetria and its licensors retain their respective intellectual-property rights. Lawful citations do not transfer ownership of third-party works.

Enforcement and service changes

We may restrict access to protect learners, payment integrity, content security, or the service. Material changes apply prospectively and are identified by policy version. Rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit remain unaffected.
