Purchase and No-Refund Policy

NurseMetria sells one-time, time-limited packages. There are no subscriptions or automatic renewals.

NurseMetria is currently in public preview. Paid orders are unavailable while launch policies and payment operations complete final review.

Choose the exact product

ATI TEAS 7 Prep and HESI A2 Prep are separate products. Each costs $69 USD before applicable tax and provides 120 days of access after verified payment fulfillment. Confirm the exact exam required by your nursing program before purchasing.

Activation and expiration

A browser redirect or payment screenshot does not grant access. Access starts only after a verified server-to-server payment confirmation and expires at the date and time displayed in your account. Repurchase requires a new affirmative transaction.

All sales final

NurseMetria does not offer voluntary refunds after purchase. This rule does not limit rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive. Duplicate or unauthorized charges, provider-mandated reversals, disputes, and a paid service NurseMetria cannot deliver remain operational exception processes rather than a discretionary refund promise.

Payment and access review

We may request information reasonably necessary to investigate a payment, prevent fraud, or correct access. A reversal or dispute may suspend or revoke the associated entitlement while preserving required transaction and audit records.

No outcome guarantee

Purchasing or completing a package does not guarantee admission, a particular score, graduation, licensure eligibility, or passing an examination.
