Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information NurseMetria uses to provide accounts, learning access, payments, security, and support.

NurseMetria is currently in public preview. Paid orders are unavailable while launch policies and payment operations complete final review.

Information collected

We collect account and contact details, timezone and study preferences, package and transaction metadata, learning responses and progress, saved notes, device and security events, privacy requests, and messages you send to support. Hosted payment providers process payment credentials; NurseMetria does not store raw card numbers.

How information is used

Information is used to verify accounts, deliver purchased access, personalize study plans, score attempts, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, respond to support and privacy requests, reconcile payments, improve reliability, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use protected learning responses to promise an exam outcome.

Service providers and international processing

Necessary processors may provide hosting, email, payment, security, and operational services. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the controls and contractual requirements applicable to the operator and provider. Payment-provider privacy terms also apply when you choose their hosted checkout.

Cookies and security

Essential cookies maintain secure sessions and protect account workflows. NurseMetria does not enable optional advertising cookies at launch. We use access controls, encryption in transit, audit records, rate limits, backups, and monitoring, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Retention and requests

Records are retained only for service delivery, integrity, security, dispute, tax, accounting, and legal purposes. A deletion request does not erase records that must lawfully be retained or records needed to preserve payment and exam-integrity evidence. Account controls let you request access, correction, export, or deletion; identity verification may be required.

Children and sensitive information

The service is not offered to children under 18 at launch. Do not submit patient-identifying information, passwords, payment credentials, one-time codes, wallet keys, or clinical records in support messages or learning notes.
